Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through our Service.

While we (the developers of Wande) define the refund rules outlined below, all payments and refunds are technically processed by Paddle.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your initial subscription payment if requested within 14 days of the charge.

To request a refund, email wandetask@gmail.com with your account email and order or invoice ID.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible.

3. Digital Service & EU Right of Withdrawal

Wande is a digital service provided immediately after purchase.

By purchasing and starting to use the Service, you acknowledge that the Service is delivered instantly and that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed, except where a refund is requested within the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • No prorated refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time outside of the 14-day refund window.
  • Access continues: After cancellation, your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Effect on Access

If a refund is approved, your access to paid features may be revoked immediately upon processing of the refund.

6. Renewals Refunds

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated date.
