1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Wande application ("Service"), operated by individual entrepreneur KIRILL GURIANOV, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service is a task management application that allows users to organize tasks, events, and projects. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Google OAuth: We use Google OAuth for authentication. We do not store your Google password. By using Google Sign-In, you grant us access to your basic profile information (name, email, avatar) strictly for account creation and identification purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Paid Services, Billing, and Reseller Disclosure

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy and their Buyer Terms.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a license to store and process your data solely for providing the Service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to transmitting malicious code, interfering with service operations, or violating the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's design and software are owned by us. User-generated content remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Beta/MVP Warning: As a task tracker in active development, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or that sync will be error-free. You are encouraged to maintain backups of critical data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have legal rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
